HOW MOD WORKS

It's very simple. Your property is put on a schedule - daily rounds for some, weekly for others - or just call us at anytime on an "as needed" basis. We drop by, see what needs to be done, and do it. For emergencies, M.O.D. is on call.

  

WHAT IS THE COST?
